BA.EL. is a leader manufacturer in the wide range of electronics. Established in 1975, has grown via a preordered path getting its actual know how in precise verifying of its production processes, using continue innovations of the production technologies and continuously updating its 25 elements workforce.
The production process is therefore enhanced by several off-site workforce groups which take care of the partial manufacturing of OEM products achieving one of the highest quality standard. The operating area of BA.EL. is as wide as taking care of the components for a specific OEM production (with or without own project) up to the final test of the unit, realised by customer specification and also with "ad hoc" test devices made by BA.EL. which can assure a ready-to-ship product with full-functionality certification.
The production volume of BA.EL. has been recently enhanced adopting 5 SMT Pick-and-place robots, 3 of which are with "Full Vision" components placing. These robots allow to reach 150,000 placed components per day that is about 3,000 boards/day relating to the kind of products made by BA.EL. The company also owns a ultra fast "Full Vision" epoxy glue dispenser and a reflow oven "Hot Flow 5" to assemble SMT reflow mounted components.
